The industry-leading safety standards we adhere to provide our clients with the highest level of safety and security. By analyzing our data along with information from thousands of flights and hundreds of operators, Jet Edge* is able to proactively take preventative measures in the same way commercial airline level safety programs operate to ensure the highest level of safety standards in private aviation.
Jet Edge International is committed to providing the highest level of safety and security for our clients. Making sure every individual flight is managed under the highest safety standards requires a proactive, company-wide approach.
A safe operation is the core of the culture at Jet Edge. Our internationally recognized safety programs allow flight crews, maintenance technicians, and our operations team to voluntarily report any concerns free of blame, because safety is our core principal. In addition to this FAA approved Aviation Safety Action Program (ASAP), Jet Edge performs regular internal safety audits for continued improvement.
We maintain a higher standard when it comes to our crews. On every Jet Edge flight, both crew members carry a captain’s rating and are required to exceed total flight hours designated by the FAA and ARGUS and Wyvern standards. Each pilot undergoes Special Procedure & Operational Training (SPOT) which introduces simulated events from actual Jet Edge flight data and extended flight simulator time as part of a comprehensive training program.
To ensure our flight operations meet our quality standards, we analyze real-time and summary flight information transmitted directly from aircraft systems to monitor each flight for adherence to our protocols.
Jet Edge partners with only established, reputable, and certified maintenance providers including our in-house repair station who have the knowledge and expertise required for maintaining a charter fleet. Working with a trusted team also means an improved dispatch reliability rate, critical to the success of a charter operator.

All aircraft managed by Jet Edge undergo an extensive compliance and safety review process before they are ever operated on Jet Edge’s Air Carrier Certificate. Our dedicated full-time team of Aircraft Transition Specialists provides assurance that all aircraft not only meet all regulatory requirements, but also meet the highest standards of safety and quality.
After an aircraft is accepted onto our Air Carrier Certificate, Jet Edge’s flight and maintenance departments conducts annual aircraft audits to ensure that it continues to meet our high standards. Aircraft are also continuously monitored by our 24/7 Fleet Maintenance Department to ensure compliance with all maintenance requirements and are proactively maintained in impeccable condition.
When a client books a charter flight with Jet Edge, we make every effort to place him or her on one of the aircraft we operate ourselves, but occasionally we turn to our exclusive network of rigorously audited aircraft operator partners to serve our clients’ needs.
